I’m on my way to my friend Tina’s Mackinac Island Mindful Garment Sewing Retreat (!), with my sewing machine, my serger, and a whole stack of fabric to play with. My role is to teach the mindful movement portion of the retreat, but I have plenty of time to sew as well. (And study massage, since I already have about 200 flashcards to memorize…)
