In Qoya, the intuitive movement classes that I teach, I say “movement is medicine.” In that context, I mean that movement helps us to connect to our bodies, and in so doing to connect to our emotions as well. We can find powerful emotional healing through movement.
But it’s also true that movement helps us to find physical healing as well.
